Heat Treatment Line

• Carburizing furnace with a capacity of 350 kg
• Washing machine with capacity of 350 kg
• Return oven to 600° C
• ENDO atmosphere generator for protection or carburizing
• It can perform operations:
  • carburizing temperature of 900-980° C
  • hardening
  • parts washing operation after hardening, carburizing
  • thermal recovery

Batches of heat treatment may be accompanied by monitoring and measuring graphical work parameters of the furnaces.

Metallic manufacture

IRUM has cutting possibilities with:

• automatical cross-cut saw
  • BAUER type with cutting possibilities up to Ø 230 mm, falling in 45° angle
  • KASTO type with cutting possibilities up to Ø 320 mm absolute accuracy
• automatical mashine and plate cutting CNC type ZINSER with autogenous and palsma, working area 6.000 x 2.000 mm
• fine or cannular wire welding in a gas protected medium
• pieces depth beginning with 1.5 mm
