• Castings in classical sand forms (manual production);
• Castings in bakelite crust with the dimensions of 325 x 430 mm and 430 x 510 mm;
• Castings weight 0 - 100 kg on the automatic mashine or up to 1.000 kg with manual production;
• Smelting in electrical copper with induction INDUCTOTHERM of 750 kg and 500 kg;
• Preparation of moulding batch in automatical installations EIRICH;
• Stripping through sanding:
  • sanding installations with reversible belt with a capacity of 1t/load
  • sanding installation CAPRI 12/16 – production OMSG in Y room with maximum load 1t/hook;
• Checking and controlling the composition for the load with optical spectrum THERMO ARL.
